It is a vibrant, juicy, full-bodied red wine that features the bold characters of black currant, dark cherry, coffee, and subtle hints of spice. These flavors are complemented by a touch of spicy oak and emphasized by refined tannins. It pairs well with tomato-basil bruschetta, eggplant parmesan, herb-crusted prime rib, grilled beef steak, or hearty venison stew.
